  Turn over collection in the Case of Large-Span Grids

In 1998 our company started to manufacture the 120/96 cs type turn over collection in a split planel grid for wide and high close downs. In 1998 11 shutters with 10 x 10 m were installed in the Interspar Supermarkets. Following 43 shutters were manufactured and installed in Hungary and Slovakia, among others in the Metro Supermarket. In 2001 we installed a 17,5 x 8,5 m (149 sqm) shutter in Auchan Supermarket (Székedfehérvár). These shutters has been in good functioning without maintenance service. Guarantee: 5 years.

  Aluroll with plastic insert

The new product, the Aluroll EX-AR04 with plastic insert (which can be seen in the photo) is recommended for car service, car-wash, winter garden and other places, where large cycle use is needed with good lighting. Naturally the product can be used at any places according to the conceptions of the customer. Guarantee: 5 years.

  Metro reconstruction

Our company as a sub-contractor of the Hídépítő Rt. manufactured the rollgate for the reconstruction of the metro station at Baross square. The type of the product is Aluroll EX-TR04.

  HERE IS OUR NEW PRODUCT

From 1st March we started to produce the ALUROLL EX-AR04 type aluminium shutter with PVC inserts. The major advantages of this model; long lasting durability, good transparency. This product is ideal for closing down car mechanic shops, carwash places, and shops where clear light is necessary.

  LOOKING BACK TO THE YEAR 2006

Our company had big success on the domestic and foreign markets as well. We increased our export to several countries in the Balkans. We executed close to 6000 sqm products in Hungary. We employed more young, enthusiastic skilled workers, and introduced four new models to the market.

  HERE IS AXIALIS MOTOR AVAILABLE

The Sapi Rollgate Ltd. made a cooperation with SIMU France for dealing with AXIALIS motors at Hungary and the East European markets. AXIALIS was invented by SIMU to faciliate the assembly and installation of motorised solutions for rolling shutters and grids. AXIALIS is a compensated motor with helical springthe ranges of lifting capacities from 1 - 180 kgs.
